Sunken Radio is a free Underground Radio designed for ease of use with both bands and listeners. But it’s more than just a radio, we’re also creating an adverse social network in the likes of facebook or myspace. Users will have full power over their profiles such as changing their picture, updating about me, and even eventually personal blogs. They can comment on other users, comment on bands, become fans of bands, heart songs so that they can listen to them over and over, and use the community forums to chat with other listeners.

It’s also an underground radio too though, don’t forget that. It’s set up so that ANY band online can sign up and upload music within minutes of venturing to the site. From there, their music can be spread across the world.

SMT Golf DB Plus

SMT Golf has just recently produced the SMT DB Plus clubhead. This clubhead mixes the technology from the SMT Golf Indio and the SMT Golf Deep Bore. The clubhead was designed to maximize distance and reduce spin on the ballflight. The SMT DB Plus looks smaller than other drivers in its class but it’s actually 460cc, bigger than all other SMT drivers available. Also, it’s approved and accepted by the USGA.

Mortgage Rates Remain Low

Realtor Bob Lipply, who specializes in East Lake homes, believes that there is good news for soon to be homeowners as prices and financing options on homes will remain extremely affordable. While there appeared to be a sizeable recovery in the housing market taking place, it was later accredited to buyers securing the homebuyer tax credit before the April 30^th deadline. Following the short-lived “recovery”, demand for home loans plunged to a 13-year low. Analysts including Freddie Mac chief economist Frank Nothaft believe that this is a temporary decline, admitting that expectations for growth were higher for the first three months of the year. Though the housing market has shown signs of being on the right path to recovery, it will be a slow one with inflation being relatively calm.

Freddie Mac has recently provided figures which show that mortgage rates are teetering at record lows, even amidst an unstable U.S. bond market, with 30-year fixed mortgages averaging 4.79 percent for the week ending June 3, up 0.01 percentage points from the prior week but half a point lower than last year. This is relatively low to the all-time low of 4.71 percent reached this past December, confirming that 30-year rates have remained mostly unaffected. Equally, 15-year fixed-rate mortgages have shown new record lows reaching 4.20 percent, which is considerably lower than the 4.79 percent average of the previous year. Freddie Mac has been tracking 15-year rates since 1991 and 30-year rates since 1971.
