We took a drive over to the other coast this weekend and ended up in Juniper FL. What a beautiful place we saw. I have never heard of Admirals Cove Homes before so we drove around and took in the sights. There were many people outside enjoying the Florida sunshine, working in their yards, playing golf at the nearby golf course. My husband couldn’t get over how many boats there were on the property and how big the clubhouse was. We drove around trying to find some model homes even though we realized we could never afford such luxury! We never did find the models but we definitely saw a few open houses and we fell in love with this community. If you live anywhere in Florida and Juniper is a day trip for you I would highly recommend that you visit Admirals Cove and spend some time in the community!

Saturday, November 26th, 2011Superbowl XLIII comes to the city of Tampa on February 1st. The NFL recently announced that Bruce Springsteen and his E Street Band will be the headline act at the half time show here in Tampa that night. Super Bowl XLII, last year, featured Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, & almost 150 million viewers tuned in. I would think The Boss will bring in even more viewers. Do we think Bruce Springsteen will want to look around for a new Tampa home here while in the area, maybe. But we are counting on the hundreds of visitors to fall in love with our area while they are here.
